Neighborhood Music School seeks a part-time Dance Administrator. Primary duties include processing dance class registrations, responding to inquiries, and placing students in appropriate classes. Compensation based on 7-8 hours per week, though schedule may vary depending on school calendar (more hours during busy registration periods and less hours during other weeks). Preferred qualifications: friendly and customer-service oriented; strong computer and organizational skills; attention to detail; some dance background helpful. The Neighborhood Music School Dance Program serves approximately 350+ students of all ages in some 40 classes per semester primarily at our main facility on Audubon Street in New Haven, with additional classes offered at the Nathanael B. Greene Community Center in Guilford. An additional six-week summer session runs during June and July. For more information about the Dance Program, visit www.nmsmusicschool.org.
